Mark Wells, Chairman

Mark Wells is a successful software and services business executive. He has built and sold two successful software businesses, one at a valuation of $160m. Prior to this he held senior positions in several large software corporations. Mark was VP of continental Europe and managing director of the UK for Dun and Bradstreet Software, sales and marketing director for Software AG, and sales and marketing director for Ingres Inc. He has lived and worked in the USA, Asia, continental Europe and the UK. He has for the last five years moved into non-executive roles in software companies. He is currently a non-executive director for three UK listed business and is non-executive chairman of one private company. Mark has a BSc in Electronic Engineering from Bath University and an MBA from Cranfield University.

Stephen Randall, Chief Executive Officer

Stephen Randall has a 25 year track record in driving business change, developing technology strategy and managing major outsourcing programmes. Stephen has a degree in Economics and Technology. He has held management roles for BT and Esso, followed by consulting for PA Consulting and other organisations. As a consultant he has led projects within the global banking and insurance, media and energy sectors.

Stephen founded Execview in 2003 with a focus on change management. The company refocused brand and output on platform delivery, designing Execview and the service management toolset in 2008 which was taken to market in early 2009.

Steven Sanderson, Finance Director

Steven trained and qualified as a Chartered Accountant at PricewaterhouseCoopers. He has 22 years experience in the technology sector, 16 of those as a Finance Director and Company Secretary and 19 as a Board director. Steven spent eight years as Finance Director and Company Secretary of VEGA Group Plc, an international IT services company serving the satellite and defence industries, during which time the Company floated on the main market and made 5 acquisitions, as well as growing its revenues from £8m to £40m. He then spent eight years as Finance Director and Company Secretary of ETT, a global data network telecomms operator, during which time 3 rounds of venture capital funding totalling £12m, plus £3m bank debt were secured.

Steven helped drive revenues from £2m to £20m and led the successful exit process for ETT, when it was sold for $40m to a U.S. Nasdaq listed corporation in 2006. He then spent 4 years as Finance Director and Company Secretary of Process Systems Enterprise Ltd (“PSE”) a process modelling software company, supporting its 60% growth in revenues and EBITDA. Steven has, since January 2007, served as a non-executive director of Triad Group Plc, a fully listed £25m revenues IT consulting and contracting company.

Susan Morgan, Marketing Director

Susan Morgan is an experienced, results-driven Public Relations and Marketing professional. She has specialised in the technology sector for over 20 years, working with organisations such as Software AG, PeopleSoft, Dun & Bradstreet and others. She is a CIM Registered and Chartered Marketer

Susan’s experience spans the full scope of PR and Marketing disciplines, including work on a number of major organisation launches into the UK marketplace; as well as the development, delivery, implementation and execution of strategic marketing plans for a wide range of clients across the technology sector.

At Execview, Susan works closely with the senior management team to help drive the company’s corporate and marketing communications strategy. Her remit embraces branding, messaging, public relations and sales lead generation activities.

Peter Chase, Client Services Director

A graduate of Imperial College, Peter has twenty years experience in technology and client services having worked with PwC, Unilever, CompuServe and Symbian.

Most recently Peter was programme manager and client services director for the BBC, Siemens and Pilat Media culminating in a wide experience of delivering technology services to a broad range of clients. Peter leads service delivery and software development for Execview.

 

Doug Pollock, Business Development Director

Doug is responsible for Execview’s business development, focused on delivering an excellent experience for both current and future customers. As part of Execview’s management team, Doug’s remit includes ensuring the company continues to grow into a world-class technology provider and that Execview consistently provides customers with improved strategic and operational performance.

Doug has worked in IT organisations, delivering customer solutions, for over 27 years. He has wide experience of working across various technology and market industries, playing a number of key roles in end-user organisations, systems integrators and software companies. Doug has extensive experience of delivering enterprise solutions across key sectors such as Service Management, CRM, eCommerce, and eHealth with companies such as Swiss Bank Corporation, Tertio, Siebel, BroadVision, Cambio and Hornbill.
